Unimod type B1 (click to enlarge)

Introduction

Unimod is the minimal module capable of oscillating autonomously. To assembly it the following parts are needed:

  • One MY1 module fully assembled (Assembly instructions)
  • One Skycube board
  • One flat battery pack for 4 AAA batteries ready to use (Instructions)
  • The part D
  • 4 male/female spacers. Size M3, length 12mm
  • 4 spacers (female/female). size M3, length 10mm
  • 8 M3 bolts. Length: 6mm
  • 2 M3 falt head bolts. Length: 8mm.
  • 2 M3 nuts

Assembling

Icono aviso.png IMPORTANT! If one Unimod type A1 has already been mounted and we want to build a new Unimod type B1 from it, just unscrew the MY1 module and rotate it 90 degrees clockwise.

Pasos 0-3: Iguales que para el montaje de Unimod A1

Los pasos del 0 al 3 son los mismos que para el montaje de Unimod A1:

Paso 4: Atornillar el módulo MY1 a la Skycube

Icono aviso.png ¡MUY IMPORTANTE! Colocar el módulo encima de la Skycube con la misma orientación mostrada en la foto.

Atornillar el Módulo MY1 a la Skycube. ¡Respectar la misma orientación que en la foto! (Click para ampliar)

Paso 5: Conectar el servo y la alimentación

  • Conectar el servo a la Skycube, en cualquier de los conectores rectos, correspondientes a los servos 2, 4, 6 u 8. El cable negro del servo tiene que apuntar hacia el switch rojo de on-off.
Conectar el servo, con la misma orientación mostrada en la foto (Click para ampliar)
Conectar la alimentación (Click para ampliar)

Paso 6: Poner las pilas

  • Por último, colocar las 4 pilas AAA en el portapilas y encender Unimod para comprobar que la conexión se ha hecho correctamente. El led rojo de power on se deberá encender.
